This small little guy was attacked by another dog and surrendered at the East Valley Animal Shelter in Los Angeles, CA with visible wounds and lacerations. He has sat in the medical cage for 3 days and now his face is so swollen we're not even sure he is a Cocker!

Well it doesn't matter now because he needs OUR HELP!
