Our Mission:
The Rhode Island Women's Choreography Project (RIWCP) has a core mission to nurture, elevate, and empower artists whose voices are not traditionally heard. The project serves any choreographer who feels underrepresented regardless of their gender identity.

Fundraising:
RIWCP supplies dance-makers with studio space and dancers, both of which are hard to come by and expensive for choreographers who are not yet well-established. Though we raise money through ticket sales and grants, the majority of our funds come from individual contributions from donors like you!
By providing a platform for artists of marginalized identities to develop their artistic voices, we aim to advance gender equity, both onstage and off. Your donation helps us continue to grow our mission and make an impact through our art.
