Donate to Palisades Parks Conservancy Today!

The Palisades Parks Conservancy's mission is to support and protect the natural and cultural resources of the parks and historic sites of the Palisades Interstate Park system, while raising public awareness and supporting educational opportunities about the parks' national heritage.

Give a Child an Unforgettable Camp Experience
Often a child’s first experience camping, Harriman Park hosts more than 7,000 young people each year, many of whom are homeless or living in shelters. Serving the camps, three nature centers educate and inspire youth. Help create a life changing experience for campers by funding educational staff!
Suggested donation - $2,500 or an amount of your choice

Teach History Come to Life
Boasting nine historic sites, the Palisades Interstate Park system offers an opportunity to experience history through hands-on programming.  Families can see how a blacksmith works, visit with Ben Franklin, or experience how Native Americans lived.  Youth are offered a chance to camp overnight in "A day in the life of an American Revolution solider."  Your contribution will help support history coming to life for children of all ages. Help us to continue these educational and fun programs!

Support Safe and Fun Recreation
Ensuring trails are safe, providing access to individuals with disabilities, and increasing opportunities to hike, bike, and enjoy the beautiful 120,000+ acres of park land provide respite to many, regardless of ability or income. Your contribution will help provide safe access and enjoyable experiences to tens of thousands of park visitors each year.

Build a Child’s Love for Nature

The family who plays together in the outdoors grows together! Research has proven that children who play outside develop better learning abilities, enhance creativity, social skills, independence and increase their well-being and health.  The Conservancy, in partnership with the Parks, provide structured no-cost and affordable programs for families to enjoy the outdoors through hands-on activities with nature, animals, and creating art!
