The Karman Project Stiftung is a registered foundation with legal capacity under civil law (“Stiftung”) in Germany and is recognized as a non-profit organization by the Tax Office for Corporations I, Berlin (Tax Number: 6-3416/1265/2). The Foundation exclusively and directly pursues charitable purposes in accordance with Section 52 of the German Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung) and Section 10b of the German Income Tax Act (Einkommensteuergesetz).
Tax Deductibility
Donations made to The Karman Project Stiftung are eligible for tax deductions under applicable German tax laws. The Foundation is authorized to issue donation receipts (Spendenbescheinigungen) for this purpose. Donors are advised to consult with their tax advisor to confirm the deductibility of their donation in their country of residence.
