All funds donated to our 501(c)(3), Cicero Research, are used to further the efforts of the Cicero Institute. The Cicero Institute is a new kind of policy reform project. Our nation continues to be one of the most prosperous and free ever conceived. American citizens enjoy economic success and personal liberty unparalleled in the history of the world. Unfortunately, that prosperity is often hampered by poor policy, intrusive bureaucracy and partisan politics. 

Our goal is to create a political environment where ambitious, entrepreneurial leaders can develop creative solutions to America’s most serious problems. By pushing back against entrenched special-interests, cronyism, and outdated regulatory frameworks, we can help address issues across the social spectrum. Our areas of focus include healthcare, criminal justice, and housing shortages.
