1105 (1105 Martin Luther King Junior Way, Tacoma) is a community space in Hilltop stewarded by Homestead Community Land Trust in partnership with Aya Community Land Trust. While we are co-designing redevelopment of the property with the community, we provide long-term use licenses for interior spaces to artists and arts organizations at no cost.
