The Health Equity Compact is a coalition of 100 leaders of color working across healthcare, public health, business, philanthropy, academia, and community organizations to advance a more equitable future for all Massachusetts residents.

We believe lasting health equity requires more than healthcare alone. It requires cross-sector leadership, coordinated action, and long-term systems change focused on the root causes that shape health and opportunity.

Together, the Compact is working to:
