The Health Equity Compact is a coalition of 80+ leaders of color from sectors that shape health—from healthcare to public health, to business and philanthropy. Together, we’re driving bold solutions that go beyond the doctor’s office.

By 2040, we want to see real progress - especially for communities of color- through: 

• Access to quality, affordable care

• A workforce that reflects and respects our communities 

• Action on the root causes of poor health, like housing, food, and economic opportunity
