🌸 What is Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam? 🌸

The Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam Purāṇa was compiled by the great sage Śrīla Vyāsadeva, who is considered the literary incarnation of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Śrī Krishna. It is the natural commentary on the Vedānta-sūtra and is non-different from Śrī Krishna Himself. Thus, it is the very essence of all Vedic literature. Beginning with the definition of the Absolute Truth, the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam gradually develops into the highest realization of God—pure loving devotional service to Śrī Krishna.

• It comprises 18,000 Sanskrit verses with English translations and purports.

• Arranged in 12 cantos and 18 volumes.
