It's signed by our ambassador, Scott Kelly, as well as Mariupol defenders Nava and Gerda, who were freed from russian captivity.
This flag was unfurled at the southernmost point on Earth during an Antarctic expedition by Mariupol defenders Valeriia Subotina and Mariia Chekh, along with Scott Kelly. Upon reaching the southernmost point on Earth, the former astronaut signed it. As a token of appreciation for funding the trip, Nava and Gerda presented the flag to Activitis and, during a meeting with the team in Kyiv, also signed it.
Recently, during a visit to Kyiv, Scott Kelly met with Gerda again; they reminisced about their incredible journey and unfurled the flag once more.
Now you, too, can become part of this story. Activitis decided to raffle off the flag to support Ukrainian medics. Donate $12 or more to the Medical Aid program and get a chance to win a flag that was unfurled in Antarctica.
