Green Crab Week
In 2025, 70 restaurants and fish markets from Maine to Arizona served invasive green crabs as part of Green Crab Week, reaching an estimated 10,000 diners. From June 22nd to 29th 2026, Green Crab Week aims to partner with 90 restaurants and fish markets. This week will also include the return of the Green Crab Working Summit, organized in collaboration with Manomet, NH Sea Grant, and Eating with the Ecosystem.
