This fund was established in memory of Virginia Belle Smith Donaghue by her brother Thomas E. Smith; sister Ruth Smith Frye; Halena Hart Williams Smith, widow of her brother Mayo; and Virginia Counts Smith, widow of brother Kenley (Pete). Income from the fund will be used to finance scholarships for Raleigh Co. students who are pursuing a nursing career.
