Discipleship & Leadership Formation

The Church of the Brethren Discipleship & Leadership Formation equips ministers and congregations by hosting events and providing coaches, collaborators, and consultants to reach out and connect with their local communities. Discipleship and Leadership Formation includes the Ministry Office and the departments of Intercultural Ministries, Youth & Young Adult Ministries, Spiritual Formation, and Organizational Leadership. Discipleship & Leadership Formation

Donations to Discipleship and Leadership Formation will be used to support all ministries included in the DLF office.

Intercultural Ministries

Intercultural Ministries seek to enrich and strengthen the Church of the Brethren by our unity as people across cultures, modeling for the larger church the blessings of being one as God’s people.

Office of Ministry

The Office of Ministry focuses on the calling, training, credentialing, and sustaining of ministers.

Older Adult Ministries

Older Adult Ministries focuses on providing experiences centered around the experiences of the older adults in our congregations and their needs. 

Part-Time Pastor; Full-Time Church

The Part-time Pastor; Full-time Church ministry is focused on providing resources to support multi-vocational pastors.

Youth & Young Adult Ministries

Youth & Young Adult Ministries provides resources for those serving youth and young adults and plans gatherings for the young people involved in the ministries of the Church of the Brethren.
