Support this mental health hero is they head off on a life-changing endeavor embarking on Freedom Summit III. This grueling expedition involves conquering the formidable heights of Mount Agung, Mount Abang through the Freedom Summit Trail and Mount Batur in Bali in a matter of 4 nights, 3 days. The treacherous trails and relentless terrain mirror the uphill battle faced by individuals struggling with mental health issues.
Through this campaign, we aim to raise funds for Bali Bersama Bisa, an organization revolutionizing mental health here in Indonesia.

Its doors opened on February, 19th 2024 and in a short window of time the counselors, psychologist, psychiatrists were booked full! Bali Bersama Bisa operates BISA Helpline, Indonesia’s only call center for Crisis and emotional support, for only 20 USD you keep the call center functioning for 24 hours!
The BISA Helpline is currently serving over 1200 people per month with lifesaving services. Individuals facing crisis and/or emotional distress are directed to the BISA counselors and receive 1 on 1 counseling with access to Bali Bersama Bisa Mental Health care programs and professionals.

Bersama Bisa Foundation Mental Health Care Facility provides patients with assessments, counseling, psychological care, psychiatry, outpatient programs, support groups and the necessary tools to get well and back into the stream of life. People are waiting to get help and your donations can provide the relief they need.
In Indonesia there still is a stigma around mental health and millions suffer in silence without basic knowledge of what’s happening. The country averages 1 psychiatrist per 300,000 people and for most of the population its far far out of reach. Its simple, the average salary in Indonesia does not allow for people to access mental health professionals.
DJ Denton believes in a world where people have access to the tools and help, they need to face mental health issues. Bersama Bisa Foundation is the community making that difference and leading Indonesia in services for the community, by the community.

I have worked with Bali Bersama Bisa since its infancy and to say where it is now makes me proud would be a huge understatement. I have literally put my blood, sweat and tears into this organization and to have it up and running is a dream come true.
For those of you who dont know, Bali Bersama Bisa is something revolutionary for Indonesia. Its the first non for profit mental health facility where everyone and anyone can access profesional help at no cost. In a country where there is still a huge stigma around mental health to the point millions suffer in silence, this is ground breaking.
Now lets look at the stat of 1 psycholigest per 300,000 people as a country as a whole...... quite startling? Well the fact of the matter is, for the vast majority of the population this 1 mental health profesional is FAR FAR our of reach with minumum salaries being a couple hundred USD per month for 6 day work week, 8 hours per day......
Okay now you slightly understand why its important..... but what is my involvement? Thanks to a community of people who believe in me, a team that works alongside of me, we were able to create the Freedom Summit which secured the space for the facility, Freedom Summit 2 (with the help of generous donors - Actual Rehab) launched the facility to where it is now, impacting thousands per month.........and surely saving a few lifes along the way......
I wont go into alot of detail, but if I wasn't given profesional mental health assistance when i needed it most, none of this would have happened.... 1 life saved, changed can send a ripple through the universe affecting hundreds or even thousands and im living proof of that. So an entire facility rehabiliating and changing the life's of thousands is sure going to change the future for everyone...
Donate if you are able, im scared of this task ahead..... 2 Active Volacanoes and a Mountain in 3 days...... these are not small mountains.... its going to be hell.... But if it keeps the facility open for another year, well lets go through some hell as there is people out there in the middle of "hell" without anywhere to turn....
