Support My Run for Hope Story!

At the end of January, I’ll be running to support Hope Story, an organization with a powerful vision: stories have the ability to provide hope and change the world.

Hope Story empowers parents of children with Down syndrome and equips medical professionals to create compassionate and hopeful experiences during what can be a challenging time for families.

Many medical professionals are not trained in delivering a Down syndrome diagnosis and often lack personal connections with someone with Down syndrome. Hope Story bridges this gap by:

• Connecting families: They pair parents of children with Down syndrome, called Hope Advocates, with parents receiving a new diagnosis, providing encouragement, support, and hope.
• Educating medical professionals: They provide free resources to OB/GYNs and other medical teams to help deliver diagnoses with care and compassion, creating meaningful connections through personalized “Hope Announcements.”

Hope Story’s work ensures that families never feel alone and that medical professionals have the tools to offer hope.
