Design FC is a youth design non-profit that teaches kids in under-resourced communities the core elements of creative thinking, self expression, and autobiographical storytelling through design.

What started as 11 students in a classroom five years ago has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined. Over 200 students later, and collaborations with some of the biggest names in the sport and design worlds, our vision for the program and our students only continues to grow.

We believe that design has the potential to change a kid's life, and open them up to a world of transformative experiences and opportunities. 

We’ve seen the impact our programming has had on the kids we’ve served. Over 90% expressed an increase in their creative confidence, providing them with a vital creative outlet at a critical stage in their social and emotional development. Our older students have been given life changing opportunities in the sport and design worlds, and have worked with brands including EA Sports, adidas, Fanatics, and the Kevin Durant Family Foundation.

As an organization, we've collaborated on design projects with Major League Soccer, several professional sports teams, and national non-profits to bring our curriculum to students across the country. As we look ahead, our goal is to leverage these partnerships to create more sustainable and impactful programming in other cities.

Over the past five years, we’ve seen how Design FC can drastically change the way students view themselves and their futures, and with your help we will continue to provide them with the incredible resources, opportunities, and access they need to pursue their creative dreams.
