People like this man need to be in prison for longer than a week, he needs a max sentence and I'd say 10 or more years for his sadistic behavior. His actions speak loudly to his lack of care for innocent life. You just have to look at this poor dog to know his hope was stolen, he was tortured, he deserved better.
