All the funds collected by the organization, if not specified, will go to the DWFED general fund. All money in our general fund is spent only under the direction of the DWFED Board of Directors. Which reviews a budget provided by the President, Treasurer, and Administrative Director on an annual basis unless funds are needed for unforeseen events.
