Dear Friends and Neighbors,

As a lifelong resident of Fairfield County, I seek your support to serve as your Mayor of Winnsboro. I have had the privilege of serving as City Councilman since 2019 and currently hold the position of mayor pro tem. Additionally, I serve as the Chair of both the Finance and Downtown Revitalization Committees. These roles have provided me with valuable experience and a deep understanding of our town's challenges and opportunities. 

I firmly believe that the three most important obligations of elected officials are: transparency, rigorous cost-benefit analysis in public spending, and maintaining open accessibility to constituents. As your Mayor, I will prioritize these principles while working to foster a Winnsboro that thrives economically and preserves its small-town charm.

I am dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented. I graduated from South Carolina State University and earned my MBA from Webster University. Currently, I serve as Program Manager for Title III Programs at South Carolina State University, managing a federal initiative that helps strengthen Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) by providing financial assistance for infrastructure, academic resources, and endowment-building efforts.

Throughout my life, I have focused on leveraging my education and professional experience to serve the public good. I am now eager to dedicate my time and energy to finding solutions and creating opportunities for the residents of Winnsboro.
