Please tell me what I can do legally to help stop this before I find another way to make them stop. I can't just sit here knowing these poor defenseless terrified pups are being tortured and ripped apart! I can't even watch the video but I will do anything to help. These innocent lives only have us to stop this. What if these people are stealing people pets and that's why they never find their family member? What if they are adopting these babies from shelters where these poor babies are already in a horrible situation with no love and suffering, and then the worst happens, they think they found their forever home and they are happy only to find out it's a horrible death sentence?? Even if they are strays, they are not trash to be ripped apart as a final blow to their miserable lives instead of just wanting a simple life of love and peace. All dogs should be protected from these evil murders. Even the dogs that are doing the damage don't deserve death as they are just doing what they are sickeningly are trained to do and don't know any better. These sub Human scum needs to pay dearly for their crimes! I thought it was a felony to purposely abuse and hurt animals. How is nothing being done. This will stop one way or another. I will go out there myself if it keeps going this direction. I have ways to make this stop and it will. I refuse to continue to sit here and do nothing. If the authorities responsible for protection and stopping violence do not want to do their job, then I will.
