Delaware County Pride Festival Vendor Payment

Congratulations on being selected to be a Delaware County Pride Festival vendor! We are excited to have you participate in the first inaugural Delaware County Pride Festival. Please make sure to pay the correct amount which was designated in your confirmation email.

If you have not received a confirmation email, please do not submit a payment.

Vendor fees are required to be paid after confirmation and prior to end of day on Saturday, May 18th.

Priority is given to LGBTQQIA+ owned and related businesses and organizations, as well as BIPOC LGBTQQIA+ owned and related businesses and organizations. Please note that there is a vendor fee waiver process for small LGBTQQIA+ local artists and businesses. The organizers reserve the right to decline any application for any reason such as related to capacity, logistics, and/or conflict with the mission of the festival. Selling or the promotion of cannabis, THC, or weapon-related services and products are prohibited at all events. All attendees and vendors must follow all Upper Darby Township ordinances. Failure to do so could lead to removal from the festival and denial of future vending without refund.
