As the founder and director of Seeds Wilderness Therapy, Dean's time is dedicated to building and strengthening the organization, as well as pastoral leadership. He provides oversight and support to staff and management, gives direction to programming, connects with student families, and shares the vision of Seeds Wilderness Therapy with others. Megan leads behind the scenes, supporting Dean in his role as director. She's specifically involved in staff care, prayer efforts, fundraising, and communications.
