You’re Part of Something Bigger!
For 80 years, the Forest History Society has preserved the knowledge, stories and lessons that connect the past to the future of forestry and conservation.
As we celebrate our 80th anniversary on June 12, we invite you to honor this milestone by stewarding in the next generation. Beginning June 1st, your gifts will not only support the work of the FHS but will also sponsor memberships and research opportunities for students. Your gift will be matched by our generous donors during our Matching Gift campaign running the month of June. Help us give students access to the rich history, professional connections, research, and educational resources that can help shape their studies and future careers in forestry and conservation.
"There is a critical need for scholarship and education concerning the environment, forest, and conservation history. Students fortunate enough to access the contents of the FHS library and archives will benefit now and well into their careers. The collections of the FHS provide a unique opportunity for students, and provide access to resources that can help shape their studies
and future careers in forestry and conservation."
