Hello, I am David Parker-Brooks and I am running for South Bend Common Council at Large. I want to give the residents of our great city a representative that will listen and make a change. I am a man of faith and integrity. I believe that everyone that resides in South Bend should have an equal opportunity for success. We need to take a serious look at our school district and find new ways to engage the students and parents. The old way of doing things isn't working, so we need to come up with new creative solutions for an old problem. Together we can move South Bend forward for our children.
