Goal

UCC’s Dance-A-Thon Friendraiser

Friends, family, and community of Shay and Jamal!

Come join us Saturday, November 22, for Union Cultural Center’s Dance-a-Thon Fundraiser, a full day of movement, music, and community connection!

UCC is where we discovered and continue to grow our love for capoeira and it'd mean so much for us to share this space with you!

Jump into back-to-back classes led by the incredible teaching artists, beginning at 10 AM and continuing into the evening. Each class offers a unique style, celebrating the rich traditions that make UCC a home for culture and belonging and a place we have truly come to cherish.

For the event, we are prioritizing participation just as much as fundraising so grab a pass to join us all day or just come for the classes that interest you! Every pass helps sustain programming and the community space.

And if you can’t join in person, feel free to still support by making a donation in any amount that feels right for you. Obrigado!

Fundraising Goal

UCC's overall fundraising goal is $5,000, which will help sustain their programs and community space for the next year.

Help us raise $400 towards this goal!

$25 = entry to 1 class

$50 = entry to 2 classes

$100 = day pass (+ party!)

We are grateful for any amount you can give and no one will be turned away for lack of funds!
