It has been a whirlwind few weeks for Second Amendment advocates across the country.  Huge wins at the Supreme Court in Wolford and Hemani, cert granted in Viramontes/Grant, the federal DOJ suing California over the Glock ban.  

Our opportunity is NOW and the CRPA Foundation will be supporting efforts to roll back "sensitive places, fighting side by side with the DOJ to end the Glock ban, and renewing efforts to abolish the 11% excise tax, the handgun roster, and the ammo ban, just to name a few of the gun control measures the state has instituted.

This fall, we'll join with our allies in amicus briefs in Viramontes/Grant to clarify the definition of an "arm" and strenuously advocate for clarification of the application of the Bruen standard.
