Why We Need Your Donations

CPCH’s affordable housing project for older adults, Living Wisdom Village, started construction in June 2024 and is scheduled to be complete in September 2025. There are 50 people hoping to move into the village that will accommodate 20 to 30 residents.

CPCH’s goal is to build LWV without long term debt, keeping rental rates affordable for resident hopefuls with average social security incomes of $800 - $1,200 a month.

Currently, there is a “funding gap” that must be closed to allow CPCH to achieve its goal. Your donations will fund this gap so that LWV can be truly affordable for lower income adults who want to stay in the Crestone/Baca community.
