I'm so excited to participate in this event for CRC. CRC is my favorite place and means so much to me. It's where I learned to love Leadership & Teamwork. It's a place where my faith grew exponentially. I look back at my time at CRC as a teenager and young adult and believe I am who I am today because of what I learned during those teenage and young adult years. Would you consider helping us raise money for CRC? Our family goal is to raise $3,000 and I'd love to personally raise $1,000 for this ministry that makes a difference in connecting people and teaching them about Jesus. CRC's Waterslide Slide a Thon is August 17 from 10 am - 12 pm. Dive into excitement with CRC's Waterslide Slide-a-thon! Get ready to slip, slide, and make a splash for CRC.
On Saturday, August 17 from 10 am -12 pm, join us for a unique 140 ft waterslide challenge. Our Slide-a-thon isn't just about thrilling trips down the waterslide; it's about making waves for CRC's Project 3,000. We're looking to raise funds to eliminate our debt on the White Oak Lodge. Gather your friends, family, and fellow water enthusiasts, and prepare to conquer our exhilarating slide while raising funds for CRC. This is going to be a day packed with fun and laughter. Individuals can sign up as a single participant or as a 4-person team. Prizes are available for those who have the most slides, and raise the most money, and there will be other prizes as well throughout the day!
As you glide down CRC's waterslide, remember that every splash you make is a step towards supporting The Christian Retreat Center's mission of creating an atmosphere of peace and hope in order to connect people to Jesus and to each other.
Not able to join us in person but want to help raise money for camp? Sign up to be a virtual participant! Virtual participants can raise funds through peer-to-peer fundraising even if they are not able to join us for the Slide-a-Thon in person. If you sign up to be a virtual participant and raise the most through peer-to-peer fundraising you could be awarded some cool prizes!
