When Zach and Wendy pitched this Slide-a-thon idea to me, I thought it was a great plan, and when I heard that it was actually happening this year, I was super exited to say the least. I got ahold of some friend's and we were ready to sign up for the fun.

Gage- For me CRC is a wonderful place full of fun, excitement, and sharing the love of Christ. I was a camp counselor last year and I loved it. when camp had ended last year I asked Zach if I could work at camp, and he said yes. I'm still working there now, and did my second year as a counselor, which I loved it yet again.

Sam- Zach and I go to the same church, but we first meet when I was attending youth group. I enjoyed talking to him. When Gage informed me about the slide-a-thon, I just knew that I had to sign up.

Carter- It sounded fun and there was room so I decided to slide in on the fun.

CRC's Waterslide Slide a Thon is August 17 from 10 am - 12 pm. Dive into excitement with CRC's Waterslide Slide-a-thon! Get ready to slip, slide, and make a splash for CRC.

On Saturday, August 17 from 10 am - 12 pm, join us for a unique 140 ft waterslide challenge followed by lunch. Our Slide-a-thon isn't just about thrilling trips down the waterslide; it's about making waves for CRC's Project 3,000. We're inviting you to help raise funds for Project 3,000. Gather your friends, family, and fellow water enthusiasts, and prepare to conquer our exhilarating slide while raising funds for CRC. This is going to be a day packed with fun and laughter. Individuals can sign up as a single participant or as a 4-person team. Prizes are available for those who have the most slides and raise the most money, and there will be other prizes as well throughout the day!

As you glide down CRC's waterslide, remember that every splash you make is a step towards supporting the Christian Retreat Center's mission of creating an atmosphere of peace and hope in order to connect people to Jesus and to each other.

Not able to join us in person but want to help raise money for camp? Sign up to be a virtual participant! Virtual participants can raise funds through peer-to-peer fundraising even if they are not able to join us for the Slide-a-Thon in person. If you sign up to be a virtual participant and raise the most through peer-to-peer fundraising you could be awarded some cool prizes!
