Supporting Local Independent News
The Cranberry Eagle provides weekly content covering southwestern Butler County — including Cranberry, Jackson, Lancaster, Forward, Adams and Middlesex townships as well as Harmony, Zelienople, Evans City, Seven Fields and Mars.
As this region has grown and changed over the past twenty years, the Cranberry Eagle has kept pace, sending reporters to cover municipal meetings and school boards, and keeping a watchful eye out for news each day. If something exciting is going on in this corner of the county, the Cranberry Eagle is always there to document the action and capture the joy of living in this community.
But not every community has access to the resources and value brought by a community news outlet.
Without a community newspaper like the Cranberry Eagle, stories across local government, schools, sports, obituaries, and events go unreported and uncovered, and whole towns become news deserts. The Cranberry Eagle’s commitment to providing valuable and needed local news to our readers has never waned and we are proud to continue to deliver your local news each and every week.
Please consider supporting the Cranberry Eagle by becoming a member below, and consider subscribing to the Butler Eagle for year-round news across the county.
