Craig and Courtney DoctorAs a member of the ELI Faculty, I provide sound biblical teaching to hundreds of national leaders who have the calling and capacity to pass on their training to others in Kisumu, Kenya. I, along with the local leadership team, aim to produce biblically mature leaders who will bring gospel wholeness to the places they live and serve. Specifically, our more holistic vision includes: 1) providing theological training to a core group of highly influential yet under-resourced pastors in order that they not only be better equipped for their own ministries, but also to then go out into the surrounding areas to train other church leaders, 2) providing vocational and personal subsistence development for these largely bi-vocational leaders, and 3) providing Christian education for children in Kisumu.
