 Craig and Courtney DoctorAs a member of the ELI Faculty, I provide sound biblical teaching to hundreds of national leaders in and around Kisumu, Kenya who have the calling and capacity to pass their training on to others. I, along with the local leadership team, aim to produce biblically mature leaders who will bring gospel wholeness to the places in which they live and serve. Specifically, our more holistic vision includes: 1) providing theological training to a core group of highly influential yet under-resourced pastors in order that they be better equipped for their own ministries and then also go out into the surrounding areas to train other church leaders, 2) providing personal subsistence & vocational development for these largely bi-vocational leaders, and 3) supporting Christian education for children.
