Crafters Bazaar Vendor Table Rental

Outdoor Space Rental & Payment Information:

Cost for 6ft. space is $30.00. 8ft. space is $40.00.
You are welcome to reserve more than one 6ft space at a discounted price at $55.00
Location of spaces/table(s) are given on a first come/first serve basis. If your space requires electricity, your location will be chosen by event coordinators. (Due to limited access)
No tables will be held without payment.
“No shows” and cancellations will not be refunded and considered a donation to Parkrose Community United Church of Christ.
Returned checks will be assessed a fee of $35.00, which applicant agrees to pay along with original space rental. Payments for table rentals must be made by Friday, September 26^h.

Release of Liability: We want your experience at our Crafter’s bazaar to be fun and enjoyable. However, Parkrose Community United Church of Christ cannot be held responsible for any items being lost, stolen or damaged in any way. Each vendor will assume full responsibility for collecting and handling their own cash flow. Spaces must be always occupied during the bazaar. (Please have someone who can watch over your space and products if you need a break.)
