COVID-19 Response
Busoga Trust has been permitted to continue to work as an essential emergency service in Uganda, during the current lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.
We are continuing to rehabilitate boreholes and water sources, and construct new water sources, bringing vital clean water to some of the most vulnerable communities. We are also providing communities with soap and water dispensers at their water sources, to limit person to person transmission, and we are running hand washing campaigns through local radio stations. We are incredibly proud of our staff for their dedicated service and for continuing to work with special social distancing measures in place.
Your donation will help us to continue to support the most vulnerable.
