COVID-19 Pandemic

During times of emergency, the Dade County Street Response team provides medical relief to those in the most vulnerable communities. From past events we have learned that those who are chronically homeless, live in unstable housing, have disabilities, multiple medical problems, low income, living in poverty, working class- are at the highest risk of morbidity and mortality during times of crisis. Our organization stands in the gap for these individuals.

This time around we are providing those with unstable housing, living on the streets and those returning to the streets from jail with a shelter in place plan. We are providing food, covid 19 testing, tents, temporary motels and sanitary items until the city of Miami government comes up with a contingency plan for these individuals. All proceeds will benefit this cause.
