We are parents of children who have suffered during the pandemic due to excessive and capricious mitigations that have lasted over two years now.

From closed schools to remote learning and zooming in rooms, to locked playgrounds, masked toddlers to silent school lunches, the way children have been treated in large swathes of the U.S. is shocking and painful.

It must also be documented. We must not forget what was done and it must never be allowed to happen again.
