Cooperative Maintenance and Programming Fund
Madison Community Cooperative has been providing low-cost, not-for-profit cooperative housing for very low- to moderate income people in the Madison area since 1968. MCC strives to be inclusive of underrepresented and marginalized groups, creating a safer space for people of color, LGBTQ+, people with disabilities, children and international people. MCC currently supports 200 members living in 11 homes in downtown Madison, Wisconsin, and is seeking funding to expand its legacy of fighting housing insecurity and empowering Madison community members with inclusive, low-cost, community-centered cooperative housing.
