Cooperative Communications Membership

NBCI Trust's Cooperative Communications Membership is an opportunity for small and medium sized nonprofit organizations to get communications support at a low cost. Through our Cooperative Communications Membership, organizations will get much needed communications support including press release distribution to journalists, press release and statement publishing on NBCIT.org, inclusion in the NBCIT Newsletter to 10,000 members, social media promotion, and an organization listing on our website. 

This membership was formed to help assist organizations and groups that are in need of communications support but are unable to hire full time staff or expensive consultants. Additional communications and promotional support is available à la carte. Contact NBCI Trust staff at info@nbcit.org to discuss additional services and support options.

1. Basic membership includes: Publishing your news on NBCIT.org, sharing and amplifying your news across all NBCI Trust social media platforms (including collaborating on posts when appropriate), inclusion of your news and announcements in our newsletter reaching 10,000 subscribers, a listing in the NBCI Trust Member Directory, the ability to submit events and programs to our Community Events Calendar, eligibility for periodic Member Spotlights, and invitations to select member networking and collaboration opportunities.

2. Premium membership includes: Publishing and distributing your news and press releases directly to journalists and media contacts through our press release distribution system, publishing your news on NBCIT.org, sharing and amplifying your news across all NBCI Trust social media platforms (including collaborating on posts when appropriate), inclusion of your news and announcements in our newsletter reaching 10,000 subscribers, a listing in the NBCI Trust Member Directory, the ability to submit events and programs to our Community Events Calendar, priority consideration for Member Spotlights and promotional opportunities, invitations to select member networking and collaboration opportunities, one dedicated email/news blast per year promoting your organization, program, event, or announcement, and priority placement of eligible news and announcements on NBCIT.org.

Membership & Content Approval: NBCI Trust reserves the right to review and decline membership applications and submitted content at its discretion, including content deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with our mission, values, or publishing standards. If a membership application is not approved, any membership fees paid will be fully refunded.
