Every week in Australia, mainly music sessions are delivered to families experiencing vulnerability. The joy and excitement they experience through participating in mainly music adds to their confidence. For part of the day, parents can put aside the troubles of their life and engage meaningfully with their child. Within the singing, the action, the dancing, the food, the smiles, the laughter and the toys, both parents and children are learning, developing skills, and gaining confidence.

These sessions are prepared and presented by trained Session Facilitators, employed by mainly music Australia.
