Help Us Raise $15,000 to Bring Hope and Healing to Families Facing Dementia


Every day, families facing dementia experience fear, loss, and uncertainty. At Connected Horse, we help replace those feelings with connection and understanding — through the healing power of horses.


Backed by groundbreaking research from Stanford University and UC Davis, our equine-guided workshops bring care partners and their loved ones together in the arena for shared, non-riding experiences that restore confidence and compassion. Participants often tell us these moments feel like “coming back to each other.".

This Giving Tuesday, we’re setting out to raise $15,000 to bring that same hope to even more families.


Your Support Will Help Us:


  • Bring more Connected Horse workshops to families throughout California — expanding beyond our current locations in Calistoga, Pleasanton, and Nevada.


  • Train and certify new facilitators across California and the U.S. to reach more people impacted by dementia.


  • Advance our groundbreaking research on the benefits of equine-guided therapy in partnership with leading universities.


  • Provide additional Sensory Kits — including our new Spanish-language version — to help participants and care partners build connection at home.
