Contribution rules

1. I am at least eighteen years old.
2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
3. This contribution complies with the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act, O.C.G.A. Sec 21-5-30, et seq.
4. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to Committee to Elect Michael Smith are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Georgia Campaign Finance Law. This contribution is not made from a federally chartered corporation, national bank, or federal contractor. Individual contributions must be from U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents.
