COCOA CHILD ORGANIZATION
Founded in 2019, Cocoa Child Organization, we are dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children and elderly people in our community. Our mission is to fight poverty and foster economic stability.
We provide cocoa seedlings and encouraging the cultivation of cocoa. Through this initiative, we aim to create a sustainable source of income for families, ensuring better living conditions and a brighter future for generations to come.
Our Achievements So Far
- Land Acquisition: We have secured land to construct a shelter for unprivileged kids and elderies, a community hospital and a clean water well.
- Seedling Distribution: We have provided approximately one million cocoa seedlings to poor families for free.
- Shelter and Care: Currently, we have 175 kids aboard and are providing support and care to 37 elderly individuals.
- Food Distribution: We have provided tens of thousands of kilograms of food to those in need, alleviating hunger in our community.
- Water Well: We have manually dug a water well, ensuring access to clean and safe drinking water for our community.
What We Want To Do
Shelters: We want to construct safe and nurturing shelters for orphaned and unpriviledge children and elderies who lack secure housing. These orphanages provide a stable environment where they can grow, learn, and thrive.
Community Medical Access: We want to establish medical facilities and provide essential healthcare services to underserved community, ensuring everyone has access to necessary medical care.
Water Well: We planned to install a water well to provide clean and safe drinking water, addressing one of the most fundamental needs of the community.
Cocoa Seedlings Provision: We shall distribute more and more high-quality cocoa seedlings and tree other tree seedlings to families which can afford atleast to grow them, offering them a sustainable source of income through cocoa farming and fighting climate change.
Food, Clothes And Other Fssential Needs For Kids and Elderly: We ensure that children and elderly people in our community have access to nutritious food, reducing hunger and improving overall health.
Training and Support: We shall offer training programs to educate farmers on modern and sustainable cocoa farming practices, empowering them to maximize their yield and income.
