The Trump DOJ announced they are launching an investigation into the LA County Sheriff's Department and the absurdly long delays in processing CCW applications.  In their release, the DOJ quotes our case, CRPA v. LA Sheriff's Department.  We are THRILLED to have the weight of the Trump Administration behind our cause!

Ever since the Bruen decision came down, CRPA has been hard at work ensuring that each and every one of California's 58 counties implements a "Bruen-compliant" CCW process.  This effort takes many shapes from administrative prodding to our lawsuit against the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
