Emmanuel Church Pelicier was established in 2000 and is the closest of our five satellite churches to our main campus. Tucked up the mountain and reached by rugged, rocky roads, this humble church gathers faithfully every Sunday to worship and seek God together. While the building itself stands as a place of hope, there are ongoing and urgent needs—both for necessary repairs and for the surrounding community it serves.

If there is one greatest need in Pelicier today, it is the restoration and reopening of the kindergarten program. This program once provided early childhood education to many children in the community, giving them a strong foundation for learning and growth. Unfortunately, due to the condition of the building, the space has not yet been restored enough to safely resume classes. Because Pelicier is such a remote area and there are no other nearby kindergarten options, many young children remain at home—missing the opportunity to begin their education at a critical stage of development.

The Pelicier community would be deeply grateful for your prayers as they walk through a challenging season, much like many areas across Haiti. Any support you feel led to give—whether through prayer or financial assistance—means more than words can express, and truly, no gift is too small.
