Imagine the global Church UNITED in purpose, progressively MATURING into the likeness of Christ, and MOBILIZED to fulfill the mission Jesus gave us!

Yet 95% of current global pastors have little theological training. ELI is on a mission to train and multiply leaders to think and live biblically.

Chuck & Sheree McArthurAs a member of the ELI Faculty, my team of 90 trainers in Liberia, Guinea, and the Ivory Coast is taking our 15 courses to village pastors every 15 months graduating over 600 of them. Together, we aim to produce biblically mature leaders who are capable of preaching the Word of God, planting churches, and transforming the places they live and serve.

As Executive Director, I lead the Executive Leadership Team who labor to increase our effectiveness while intentionally growing faculty so that we can say "Yes" to every legitimate request to "Would you come teach us how to study the Bible?"

Since the health and vitality of the global church is still threatened, I can not stop. Because you give, I can focus on the tasks that result in UNITING, MATURING, and MOBILIZING the Church.
