As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, we rely on member dues and charitable donations in order to fund our efforts to offer an affordable, safe, and clean environment to study the art of Jiu-Jitsu in the Seattle area. Unlike your member dues, a charitable donation can be claimed as a deduction for federal tax purposes.

Midnight Jiu-Jitsu is a 501(c) (3) charitable organization, EIN 85-2751190. All donations are deemed tax-deductible absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer. No goods or services will be provided in exchange for your contribution.
