Change the lives of our 2026 UK scholarship holders!

We are absolutely thrilled to share that four Squash Dreamers girls have been awarded scholarships to study in Oxford this summer, with Summer Boarding Courses! We are extremely proud of our hard working girls: Amani and Asawer, who will be studying Business, and Maab and Seba, who will be studying Medicine.

While SBC covers full tuition, meals, and accommodation, Squash Dreamers still needs to provide flights, visas and documents for the girls, all of which is costly. Our families earn an average of $340 each month, and this chance to travel to the UK is the reason these four girls now have passports - most of them have never left Jordan or their countries of origin.  

In addition to the cost of documentation and flights, Squash Dreamers staff also work tirelessly preparing documents for visa applications, arranging exit and re-entry paperwork so the girls' refugee status isn't affected, attending embassy appointments, and accompanying the girls on the trip itself.

Previous recipients have demonstrated how life changing this opportunity is: with many going on to receive other scholarships in Jordan, the UK, and the US. Currently one of our students is attending an independent boarding school in the US on a full scholarship.

It is because of this tangible impact that we want to be able to offer this chance to more of our girls, but to do that we need your support. If you feel moved to give so that Amani, Asawer, Seba, and Maab can follow their dreams to the UK, we would be forever grateful. 

This year's trip is particularly special, as three of the girls received scholarships last year but were unable to attend due to issues with paperwork. Despite the disappointment, the girls have shown determination and resilience, continuing to work hard at school and in their Squash Dreamers sessions. They are truly deserving of this opportunity, and will embrace every aspect of immersion in British culture.
