Our Mission To provide Idaho communities with accessible mental and physical well-being through yoga, and proactively address health inequities through scholarships, instructor grants, resources, education, and community-driven solutions.
Our Vision For all individuals, irrespective of background or circumstance, to have equitable access to yoga for holistic health. We are dedicated to fostering inclusive communities, providing educational tools and best practices for yoga, while bolstering economic growth for locally-owned facilities.
Our Programs We believe yoga is more than movement, it’s a practice of healing, empowerment, and connection. For some, it’s the first time they’ve felt safe in their body. For others, it’s a lifeline through stress, grief, or transition. And for many, it’s a path toward a more balanced, joyful life.
Our mission is rooted in health equity — breaking down financial and social barriers so that everyone can access the transformative power of yoga. Whether it’s a single mom finding balance amid life’s challenges, a student managing anxiety, or a member of our LGBTQIA+ or veteran communities seeking relief, your support makes these stories possible.
Hear What Our Recipients Have to Say:
“This program came at a time when I truly needed support but couldn’t afford it. It gave me structure, a sense of community, and helped me reconnect with my physical and spiritual health after a long period of struggle. I felt seen and supported every step of the way.” — Jenna (Scholarship Recipient, Single Mom)
“I really benefit from having a place to practice yoga regularly. As a queer person, self-care is self-preservation, and I have more to give those around me when I prioritize joyful, mindful movement.” — Kelly (Scholarship Recipient, LGBTQ+ Community Member)
These voices are the heartbeat of our mission, each one a story of hope, healing, and resilience.
The YTOB Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to mental and physical well-being through yoga. We believe that all bodies can experience relief and peace through yoga, regardless of background, identity, or circumstance.
Since launching our programs, we’ve awarded over 400 yoga scholarships, providing free classes, workshops, and community support to individuals who otherwise could not afford them. Each scholarship represents an opportunity for someone to breathe easier, move freely, and reconnect with their own strength and resilience.
Be the reason someone steps onto the mat and into a healthier, more hopeful future.
