• Job Placement: Providing youth opportunities to participate in our lawn service business where they are able to make sustainable wages throughout the summer months.
• Mentorship Programs: Pairing young people with experienced mentors to guide them on their career paths.
• Community Engagement Activities: Encouraging youth to stay involved in their community through floral gardening activities or community restoration projects.
