Support the Comité Français d’Histoire de l’Art

The Comité Français d’Histoire de l’Art (CFHA) is dedicated to advancing the study and appreciation of art history in France and around the world. By organizing conferences, symposia, and cultural visits, CFHA fosters dialogue across disciplines and ensures that art history remains at the heart of cultural and intellectual life.

Your support helps CFHA:

• Fund fellowships for young scholars and researchers from developing countries to participate in major international conferences.
• Provide scholarships and grants that connect different sectors of art history, from conservation and restoration to research, the art market, and criticism.
• Enable curators, restorers, and academics to pursue training and research abroad.

With your gift, you help to safeguard the future of art history, empowering new generations of scholars, and strengthening international collaboration.

To ensure your generosity goes as far as possible, we kindly ask that all gifts over $5,000 be made by check or wire transfer to avoid platform fees. Detailed instructions can be found here: USD Wire Instructions. All checks must be made out to Friends of Fondation de France with Comité Français d'Histoire de l'Art in the memo section.
