As a non-profit community-based organization, CDC of PHP relies on the generosity of members like you. Your donations are used to cover a range of operating expenses in support of our initiatives to preserve the heritage of the community.

PEEP will help our community move away from expensive and volatile fossil fuels toward more cost-effective, reliable, clean energy.

Our successful Pembroke Energy Efficiency Pilot [PEEP] program is expanding to PEEP 2.0+, which will build upon our existing team, bridge new stakeholder partnerships to fill program gaps, and reach deeper into our local community to educate, train and empower energy-related decision-making. The CDC will work with our high-impact coalition [Empowerment Coalition] to solve problems that only collaboration or alignment of multiple entities can resolve.

Your donation will support to:

Expand clean energy & efficiency outreach to 1000+ Pembroke homes, businesses, & institutions
Advance electrification retrofit process to 25 homes, enhance the engagement model & peer exchange
Amplify clean energy workforce, create local jobs & economic development
Improve the quality of life, air quality & environmental conditions for residents & ecology
Scale capacity for clean energy solutions in the community
Replicate the model in other rural communities
