Support the CNAF2026 “Contemporary Dance Talent Development” Programme

The Contemporary Dance Talent Development programme, funded by the China National Arts Fund and organized by the City Contemporary Dance Company (CCDC), successfully held its opening ceremony on July 10. Following a national selection process, 50 outstanding young choreographers from 19 provinces and cities across China have officially commenced a series of intensive training, local exchange, and creative practice activities in Guangzhou, Macau, and Hong Kong.

The participants’ creative works will be presented at the “City Contemporary Dance Festival” in October 2026 at the East Kowloon Cultural Centre, providing them with a valuable platform to shine on the international stage.

While the China National Arts Fund has generously provided partial support, the funding covers only the first round of travel for the participants. To ensure that all 50 young choreographers can continue their journey of learning and exchange, we must raise additional resources for the second trip in October 2026.

Further funding is required to cover transportation, meals, and accommodation, enabling young artists to fully benefit from this invaluable programme.

Your contribution will directly support these essential expenses, making this cross‑regional exchange possible and empowering the next generation of contemporary dance creators.

Sponsorship Options:

(1) Special Donation: Direct support for full travel, meals and accommodation costs (HK$5,000 per participant)

(2) Personal Sponsorship: Become an official sponsor, with acknowledgement in the programme booklet and on our publicity platforms

(3) *In-kind Contribution: Support in the form of hotel rooms, meal vouchers or cross-border transport services
